    For our customers residing on Aruba, we have these options:
    - credit card or Maestro payment through our wireless payment bank machine

  3. What are the delivery options?
    On Aruba, all of our QF Telegrams and gifts are hand delivered by our professional couriers. To other destinations, we use the postal service within that country and other reputable carriers. (back to top)

  4. How will the QF Telegram look like?
    Our QF Telegrams are printed on beautiful, high quality white linen paper and placed in an elegant envelope. In short, a lovely presentation. We use ivory colored envelopes to send QF Telegrams listed under the Sympathy category. For all other occasions we use our signature red envelopes. Please click here to view an example.   5. How do I know my QF Telegram and/or gift arrived?
    Once you have completed the order process, you will be emailed a unique order number. Please use this number to track your order on the homepage at www.qfgifts.com. The system is updated regularly. This service is only available for deliveries on Aruba as the QF Telegrams to the United States and Holland are posted within each destination country. (back to top)

  6. How long does it take for the QF Telegram to arrive to its destination in the United States and Holland?
    Usually within 2 business days. (back to top)

  7. Can I order gifts to be delivered to an address worldwide?
    Unfortunately, not yet, but we will be offering this service soon! (back to top)

  8. What happens if the address or telephone number that I provided is incorrect?
    This can delay the delivery considerably. Please make sure that you provide us with the correct details to avoid any delays with your order especially in cases of urgency or perishables gift deliveries. (back to top)

  9. What if the receiver does no longer reside or work at the location?
    We will notify you immediately and ask you to provide us with (additional) contact numbers. We will do our utmost to deliver your order. No refund is given on QF Telegram. A gift refund is only given in accordance with the merchant’s refund policy. (back to top)

  10. If the receiver claims that he/she did not receive the QF Telegram or gift, what can I do?
    QF Telegram & Gift Store will only refund the charge of a QF Telegram if the client supplies proof that a breakdown in our service occurred. We require a declaration of the recipient that they did not receive a QF Telegram logged in our tracking system.   18. How does your tracking system work?
    Easy! Just fill in your order number that was emailed to you and click on the submit button. We update the system regularly. (back to top)

  19. What if I did not receive an email of the confirmation of my order?
    We apologize if you did not receive your confirmation email. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve this issue. (back to top)

  21. Do you charge per word for your QF Telegram?
    No, we do not. You can type up to 750 characters (letters) in the QF Telegram. In the ‘Compose your message’ section, you will be able to keep track of how many letters you have typed. (back to top)

  22. Can I send letters with the QF Telegram service?
    Yes you can. Please email us the file (preferably in Microsoft Word or Excel), we will print it and place it in one of our beautiful envelope. For charges, please contact us. (back to top)

  23. I do not want an image on the QF Telegram. Is this possible?
    Yes! Please select the image box that says : No image. (back to top)

  24. Can I have an image of my own printed on the QF Telegram?
    Yes! For an additional charge of $ 4.50 we will print your image on the QF Telegram. Please select ‘Upload own image’ in the occasions category. (back to top)

  25. How long in advance can I place an order?
