Design of the QF Telegram

Images:

You can select any image from our collection to be included on your QF Telegram. Browse through the occasion categories to make your selection. We constantly update our image database so you will always have a great variety to choose from.

Other possibilities:

  • we can print a picture of your own at an additional charge of $4.50.
  • you can choose not to have a picture included

Paper & Envelope:

Our QF Telegrams are printed on beautiful, high quality white linen paper and placed in an elegant envelope. In short, a lovely presentation.
Note : we use ivory colored envelopes to send QF Telegrams listed under the Sympathy category and for our corporate clients. For all other occasions we our signature red envelopes.

Gifts

All of our gifts are carefully selected with we you in mind. We work with top merchants that have to meet the high standards that you as our customer expect from us. Wrapped in decorative paper or placed in a basket, you can rest assured that your selected gift will be beautifully presented to your friends and family.
If you decide not to include a QF Telegram with your gift, we will add a small envelope with a card placed inside with your details.

Tracking of delivery

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. Please use this number to track the status of your order in our order tracking system. We update the system regularly.

Unfortunately, at this time, we only deliver Gifts on Aruba. We will provide international delivery soon!
QF Telegrams can be delivered on Aruba, in the United States and in Holland.

For Aruba:

Option 1: Regular delivery

All QF Telegrams and Gifts will be hand delivered during the day for orders received the previous day or on an earlier date.

Important: Gift Delivery
Most of our gifts can be delivered within 24 hours of order placement. Please read the section, marked as ‘Important Notes’ when you order your Gift to find out about delivery time.

For USA & Holland:

QF Telegrams for these countries are printed and mailed within each country’s destination. Delivery usually takes about 2 days, however, because we use the postal services of the relevant country, the delivery times are out of our control.

Order process

Once you are finished ordering you items, you will be prompted to fill out the following information:

  • your contact details.
  • your receiver’s contact details.
  • composing of message for QF Telegram.
  • selection delivery option.
  • selection of delivery day.
  • payment details.

When you order a QF Telegram, you will be prompted to compose your message after your image selection. You will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. To complete the order process with payment, you will need to click on the link in your email and follow the simple payment instructions. (back to top)

For your security, we have selected all online credit cards payments to go through PayPal, one of the highest ranked companies as the safest way to pay online.

For customers residing on Aruba, we have these convenient payment methods:
