Use of Service

This service provided by QF Telegram & Gift Store lets you:

  1. send a personalized message in the form of a QF Telegram to anywhere on Aruba, the United States and in The Netherlands.
  2. order beautiful and unique gifts.
    Unfortunately, at this time, we only deliver Gifts on Aruba. We will provide international delivery soon!

QF Telegram & Gift Store does not take any responsibility for:

  • a service breakdown that is out of our control, such as when we use the international postal services or other carriers.
  • QF Telegrams and/or gifts that have to be delivered to the reception of hotels or public places as their own staff deliver it to the recipient.
  • delivery delays when the submitted address is incorrect or incomplete.

Delivery

QF Telegram & Gift Store makes great efforts to deliver the QF Telegram(s) and Gift(s) on the requested dates and hours. However, occasionally there may be a service breakdown as in some cases we are not the carrier and are dependent on international postal services. Completed delivery addresses and receiver’s contact telephone number will avoid delivery delays. Please take into account international time differences particularly in the case of QF Telegrams that have to be send within the United States and The Netherlands.
Unfortunately, at this time, we only deliver Gifts on Aruba. We will provide international delivery soon!

Payment

Delivery requests for QF Telegrams and/or Gifts will only be honored when full payment is received. We accept credit cards, bank and money transfers and have set other payment options in place for customers residing on Aruba.

Refund Policy

QF Telegram:
QF Telegram & Gift Store will only refund the charge of a QF Telegram if the client supplies proof that a breakdown in our service occurred. We require a declaration of the recipient that they did not receive a QF Telegram logged in our tracking system. Claims will only be accepted within 7 days after the QF Telegram should have been delivered. Please contact us at the following e-mail address: info@qfgifts.com

No refunds will be given for QF Telegrams:

  • with an incorrect address
  • if delivery has been attempted or refused
  • that have been delivered to the reception of hotels or public places as their own staff deliver it to the recipient

Gifts:
We only partner with top local merchants to offer you wonderful Gifts. As we reserve the items as soon as you place your order we will only give a refund if we are notified 48 hours in advance and will charge $3 order cancellation fees.

Substitutions

In exceptional instances, for example to ensure that your gift is delivered on time, it may be necessary to substitute an item of your selected gift with another as similar as possible with equal or greater value.

Proof of Delivery Policy

QF Telegram & Gift Store put in place a proof of delivery process. This service is only available on Aruba as the QF Telegrams to the United States and Holland are posted within each destination country.
If no one is home or the business is closed when the courier arrives, a calling card is left on the door or placed in the mailbox. The calling card explains the person at the location how to arrange for re-delivery.
The QF Telegrams are kept at QF Telegram & Gift Store’s head office for one week. If no one claims the QF Telegram after the week, the QF Telegram will be destroyed and will not be refunded.

Tracking System

Use of QF Telegram & Gift Store’s tracking system on its website and the information obtained from this tracking system are the private property of QF Telegram & Gift Store. You are only authorized to use this tracking system exclusively to track the status of delivery of QF Telegrams and/of Gifts send by or to you. The information logged in the tracking system is not allowed to made available on any website, copied, stored, reproduces or sold.

Liability

QF Telegram & Gift Store shall not be liable in any event for any direct or indirect damages for any use of this website or any websites that are linked, including without limitation any lost of profits, business interruption or loss of other data.
